Q. When do I receive my order?

A. When placing an order, the estimated shipment date is provided. Once the order is placed, the same delivery timeframe will also be stated in the order confirmation. This means the shipping date displayed at checkout always aligns with the confirmed details.

Q. I see that part of my order has a longer delivery time. How can I cancel it?

A. If the delivery time for your order is longer than originally stated, you have the option to cancel all or part of your order before it has shipped. Please contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to help process the cancellation.

The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary, but most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.

However, once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Our average shipping time is 6–10 business days.

Q. When will I receive my order confirmation?

A. After purchase, your order will be reviewed. You will first receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, a separate email with tracking details will be sent.

Q. What is the return and refund policy?

A. We offer a 5-day return policy.

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

If this happens, we will provide a replacement, refund, or send the item again, depending on the issue.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal preferences. Items cannot be returned based on interpretation of product descriptions, as we aim to provide accurate details and visuals for each item.

If your order does not arrive within 45 days, you are eligible for a full refund. For items that arrive damaged or are lost in transit, we will provide a refund or replacement upon verification.

Product Care

Q. How to take care of my jewelry?

A. To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high heat, as this can cause fading or tarnishing.

When not in use, store your pieces in our jewelry box or a soft pouch to protect them from scratches. If you need to remove your jewelry while out, place it back in your Cesenne box rather than leaving it exposed.

While our jewelry is waterproof, we recommend limiting repeated or extended exposure to water—such as swimming or long showers—to help maintain its shine over time. Also, apply perfumes, lotions, or sunscreens before putting on your jewelry, as certain products may dull the finish.
